At the Immerse and Legacy tiers, the full planning fee is credited back against your ground package cost when you confirm your Booking Agreement within 30 days of receiving your itinerary. For many clients, the effective cost of the planning fee is zero.

For clients travelling to Nepal or Bhutan, we strongly recommend verifying that your policy includes high-altitude medical evacuation coverage. Standard policies often exclude this, and evacuation costs in these regions can reach USD $50,000–$150,000.
