Dipti Kapadia has spent more than twenty years building a single, precise expertise: the design of ground itineraries for India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka that create experiences rather than checklists. She is Chief Travel Advisor — a designation awarded by The Travel Institute to advisors who meet rigorous professional and ethical standards — and a member of ASTA, the American Society of Travel Advisors, the professional body that holds advisors to the highest standards of practice in the industry. Behind the credentials is something harder to qualify but more important: two decades of direct, accumulated ground knowledge across South Asia. Dipti has walked the ghats at Varanasi in the hour before the city wakes. She has timed the light at Amber Fort in ways that no itinerary template captures. She knows which monastery in Bhutan opens its Tsechu to visitors before the coach tours arrive, which teahouse route in Nepal carries the silence that makes the Himalayas feel personal, and which afternoon in Sri Lanka’s hill country — if placed correctly in the week — becomes the moment the whole trip meant something.

She does not book flights. She does not sell packages. She builds the complete day-by-day architecture of a journey, from the first conversation to the last morning before departure — and at full-service tiers, she remains personally available throughout the journey itself. She founded Daffodils Travel on a belief that the global diaspora, and every traveller drawn to South Asia, deserves an advisor who understands both the geography and the meaning. That is Dhaval Kapadia’s responsibility — and it is the difference between a beautifully planned trip and a beautifully delivered one.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Daffodils Travel, Dhaval oversees the ground operations, partner relationships, and logistical coordination that transform an approved itinerary into a seamless experience. Over more than twenty years, he has built and continuously maintained a vetted network of ground partners across India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka — relationships developed through direct experience, regularly reviewed, and held to the same standards of care that Daffodils Travel’s clients are promised. This network is one of the most significant assets the business holds. It is the reason that when something changes on the ground — and in South Asia, something always will — Daffodils Travel resolves it before the client is aware a problem existed.

South Asia travel requires a depth of contingency thinking that most advisors underestimate. Monsoon-season road closures. Last-minute availability changes. Local permit rule updates.
