Daffodils Travel, operated by Daffodils Group LLC, provides ground itinerary planning services for India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka exclusively. Our services are limited to ground travel arrangements including accommodation, private transport, guides, and activity coordination within the destination country.
Daffodils Travel does not arrange, book, or take responsibility for international or domestic flights, visa applications, travel insurance, vaccinations, Bhutan Sustainable Development Fees, or any other pre-departure requirements. These remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Travel insurance referrals are provided to Arch RoamRight as a courtesy. Daffodils Travel does not sell, underwrite, or administer insurance.
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on daffodilstravel.com and in all communications, Daffodils Travel cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free at all times.
Travel conditions, entry requirements, visa policies, health regulations, government-mandated fees (including Bhutan’s Sustainable Development Fee), and local laws in India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka are subject to change without notice. Descriptions of accommodation character and style provided during itinerary planning are based on professional judgment at the time of planning. Specific hotel names are not disclosed during the planning and revision process — they are confirmed at the booking stage once the itinerary is approved.

Planning fees displayed on this website are current at time of publication and subject to change. The fee applicable to any engagement is the fee published at the time the Your Travel Journey Blueprint Form is submitted and the planning fee is paid. The planning fee is non-refundable once itinerary work commences.
Ground package costs are quoted on a per-engagement basis following the itinerary planning process and are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
Travel to India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka may involve health risks including altitude sickness (particularly in Nepal and Bhutan), tropical diseases, and limited medical facilities in remote areas. Clients should consult a qualified medical professional before departure.
Current health advisories are available at wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel. Clients with pre-existing medical conditions must disclose these in their Your Travel Journey Blueprint Form.
Daffodils Travel shall not be liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, or disruption to itinerary services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such circumstances, Daffodils Travel will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements where operationally possible. However, refund entitlements in force majeure situations are subject to the amounts recoverable from ground operational partners. Daffodils Travel cannot guarantee the recovery or refund of costs already committed on the client’s behalf to hotels, transport operators, and other ground service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daffodils Group LLC and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided, including losses from itinerary changes, service provider failures, or force majeure events.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under California law.

Most international visitors must obtain a Bhutan visa before travel — it is not available on arrival. Visas are applied for and approved through the Bhutan Department of Immigration at doi.gov.bt.
Bangladeshi and Maldivian nationals may obtain their visa either in advance or upon arrival in Bhutan.
Indian nationals may enter on a valid Indian passport or a valid Indian voter ID card. Indian nationals under the age of 18 may use a passport or birth certificate and must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Nationals of Switzerland and Thailand holding diplomatic or government-official passports may obtain a visa at the port of entry. This applies to diplomatic/official passports only — not standard tourist passports.
The Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) is a mandatory government levy charged per visitor per night, paid directly to the Bhutan Government. It is in addition to all Daffodils Travel ground package costs and cannot be waived or reduced.
